Water Quality Testing

 Water Quality Testing is especially important when you have well water in use at the property. I always recommend completing a full water quality analysis when you are looking to purchase a property to live in. Well water can change over time and should be tested every 1 to 2 years depending on other factors. We can also test for radon in the water which can be harmful when Higher values are present.

If you are doing a FHA loan on a property that has a private well you may be required to provide your lender an FHA min Water test that is dated within 90 days of your closing.

(Total Coliform & E.coli Bacteria, Nitrate, Nitrite, Lead)

Radon Water Test* $150

* Price will be an additional $50 if not done with an inspection
